I've been wanting to make some accessories for awhile now, and yesterday's trip to JoAnn's was the perfect time. I got some kilt pins there (3" ones) and some of the ribbons.
This one is inspired by the Japanese Gothic/Lolita fashions and a little bit of 80s fashion (the zebra thing). It has a lot of rhinestones, some swarovski crystals, chains, ribbons, and beads!
I did a basic sketch idea before actually sewing this together (the ribbons, the rhinestone button, and the kilt pin are all sewn together for stability).
This thing is one of a kind, and is up for sale on my etsy account: [link]
I have not tested the weight of this, so I'm not sure how much it will hold. A couple keys or some light-weight keyrings/charms are probably the best.

Very 80s! Delici-eee-uss! I couldn't afford it right now, but me being a picky one, I'd say this is something I'd love to have in my closet for sure!
