Hope this doesn't offend you, but everytime I see this stamp in someone's profile and I read it, I imagine a happy, funny and girly voice screaming XD
I love this stamp, but I can't use because I'm not very into art thief hunting.. I've just reported one time, when I saw a girl who edited Naruto screenshots and another deviants art without permission.. She said things like "I don't care if it's stolen, I'll still editing other people art and you can't do anything, stupid asshole!

" and that freaked me out.. She didn't say it to me, she said that to a person who told her edits aren't allowed in a respecfully way.. Damn, that user just wanted to help her to avoid problems and she was so.. agh! Indeed, that girl was banned in the past. Because of that I reported her, because I couldn't stand her attitude.. DeviantART staff doesn't do anything yet, I don't know how many time takes the report process.. I clicked the option "Notify me upon resolution" and nothing yet
